Yes, Porto.Transfers complies with all legislation required by Portuguese law.
Yes, prices are fixed. However if changes to the route are requested an additional cost may be added.
The price presented includes transport, luggage and extras contracted.
If the service is made by Taxi, the payment of the corresponding tolls is the responsibility of the client as provided in Portuguese Law.
All Porto.Transfers drivers and tour guides are professionally licensed.
There is no additional cost. We track the flight through existing applications and are aware of any delays or cancellations. Thus, the driver or tour guide will be at the defined place and on time. In case of flight cancellation the amount paid by the client will be refunded.

Upon receipt of the booking a confirmation email will be sent to the client.

Yes, when booking you only have to request it and indicate your age.
Our driver will be waiting at the arrival station with the identification and name of the client, provided in the reservation, clearly visible.
Prices shown are always per vehicle and include all taxes, gratuities and fees. The maximum number of passengers and bags that can comfortably fit in each vehicle is shown for each available car class at time of booking. The number of passengers does not affect the price.
Yes. The payment in cash will be made directly to the driver or guide and the client receives the invoice by email.
Yes, we are pet friendly.
Transporting your pet is allowed in our vehicles and free of charge.
Yes, you can. You should provide us with the details, such as: passenger name, pick-up address, destination, telephone number, e-mail, flight number (if applicable), choose the payment method and we will make your booking.
Yes, we operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Yes, Porto.Transfers complies with all legislation required by Portuguese law.
Yes, all prices are fixed. However, if changes to the ongoing route are requested, additional costs may be added, always with previous alignment with the customer. The payment description includes transport, luggage and extras hired.
If the selected transfer is a Taxi, all road tolls’ costs are to be covered by the customer, as foreseen in the applicable Portuguese Regulation.
Do all Porto.Transfers drivers and guides have a professional license?
No – We track all flights through online platforms which means that we are aware of any potential delays or cancellations. However, should any change to the initial travelling plan occur, the driver or tour guide will be at the designated place and on the new schedule. In case of flight cancellation, Porto.transfers will refund the amount paid by the customer.

Once Porto.transfers gets your booking notice, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Yes, Porto.Transfers takes care of everything. When making your reservation, just make sure that you request it and specify how many children and their ages.
Our driver or guide will be waiting for you, at the arrival gate with a visible identification sign with your name on it.
All prices shown are always per vehicle and already include all taxes, gratuities and fees. The number of passengers does not affect the final price. The limit of passengers and bags per vehicle (sedan) is clearly visible when you are making your reservation.
